I live temporarily in Germany and Just got the MDA Compact last week, but I had very little time to mess with it and learn it since the default language is German and the software give no option to install it in other languages. I had to download the MSASYNC 3.7.1 in English from the Microsoft web site but I cant get the English application software or the other software to be able to understand the menu options on the MDA. I contacted T-Mobile help desk here in Germany but as some of you know… Customer Service in Germany is as week as it can be, to include T-Mobile. Two days, and I am still trying to get at least the compromise from the T-Mobile technicians to get me the necessary software so I can get to enjoy the MDA. There was a poor planning on how to commercialize this cell phone and to provide the support needed.

I bought this phone two months ago, but it is not very comfortable and the battery life is too short.
