 Innostream INNO 75 is announced in 2004
Design
Although it measures a distinctly petite 82 x 44 x 23 mm, and weighs 80 g, the Innostream INNO 75 looks even smaller than it is thanks to the sliding design it adopts.A perfectly adequate 65,000-color display is bright and crisp, and is a far step above the dim 4096-color versions on even the most recent Innostream models.The display resolution 128 x 128 pixel which is standart resolution for more mobile phones.
The left side of the unit holds a spacious volume rocker, while on the other side we find a dedicated camera button.There is nice LEDs which notify users of new messages, active network and missed calls. This is not common for all Innostream handsets and is not necessary to pick up and activate the device to see whether any alerts are waiting.
Ergonomics
The INNO 75 lies well in ones hand.Sporting a simple and user friendly menu in style with other recent Innostream handsets.The plastic keypad has good placed keys, with the shrunken center keys for no apparent reason, make the phone harder to dial than necessary.And last,but not least, a four-way navigation buttons centered below the display.

In the WAN department, the INNO 75 boasts healthy support for Tri-band 900/1800/1900 MHz, as well as GPRS, SMS, and a range of applications such as WAP , 64-channels polyphony, a voice recorder, FAX/Modem, all of which laptop and handheld users will be pleased to learn is a breeze to utilize either by means of infrared old wireless device,GPRS support is the fastest way to download files with your mobile, and spacious phone book.
As previously mentioned, the INNO 75 is also equipped with a 0.3 megapixel camera support for picture-taking and audio/video recording, as well as an integrated MP3 player.The latter of which is also the reason for why the 0 MB of internal memory, which initially appears spacious, is quickly stretched to its limits. The INNO 75 also comes with an Secure Digital (SD) and expansion slot located under its battery,a 16-128 MB card comes bundled in the sales package, more space for images audio and video files, less time for PC and communication cable for updating internal memory, MP3 and MPEG4 are both formats which can be stored for playback on the Innostream INNO 75. The phone incidentally also offers up an integrated FM radio.
Performance
Audio quality on the INNO 75 was crystal clear, and signal quality was good. The removable 700 mAh Li-ion battery is rated for 4 hours talk time or 150 hours standby, which is quite low given the battery's theoretical capacity. Charge time is about 105 minutes.

The Innostream INNO 75 is now available throughout Europe in some language version.
Conclusion
Innostream's INNO 75 is yet another model in a range of phones from experienced users from Innostream. A new compact design and a reduced sized battery - which avoids rendering a negative impact on battery life - ensures a thin and light phone which is ergonomically comfortable. |
