Design
Sagem's MY Z-3 has a standard design for this class handsets, measuring 45 x 100 x 24 mm and 105 grams. Despite the weight it has a good feel in the hand, and the good shaped plastic body and styled highlights give it an attractive and nice look.A perfectly adequate 65,000-color display is bright and crisp, and is a far step above the dim 4096-color versions on even the most recent Sagem models.The display resolution 128 x 160 pixel ideal for small and smart phone.
The left side of the unit holds a spacious volume rocker.There is nice LEDs which notify users of new messages, active network and missed calls. This is not common for all Sagem handsets and is not necessary to pick up and activate the device to see whether any alerts are waiting.
Ergonomics
The MY Z-3 is not comfortable for hold in ones hand because it is too wide.Sporting a simple and user friendly menu in style with other recent Sagem handsets.The plastic keypad has good placed keys, with the comfortable center keys, make the phone easer to dial.

Dual band 900/1800 MHz connectivity isn't all the Sagem MY Z-3 has to offer: there's also support for GPRS, SMS, and a range of applications such as Java MIDP 1.0, 16-channels polyphony, all of which laptop and handheld users will be pleased to learn is a breeze to utilize either by means of infrared old wireless device,GPRS support is the fastest way to download files with your mobile, and spacious phone book. and when it comes to storage the MY Z-3 offers 1 MB which is dynamically shared between images and J2ME applications.

Audio quality on the MY Z-3 was crystal clear, and signal quality was good. The removable 780 mAh Li-ion battery is rated for 3 hours talk time or 300 hours standby, which is very good for battery's theoretical capacity.Charge time is about 117 minutes.

The Sagem MY Z-3 is now available throughout Europe in some language version.
Conclusion
Sagem MY Z-3 is a beautiful phone to hold and use, and it's quickly won our hearts. The typical Sagem design flair is present in abundance, with all the requisite consumer features to back it up.But love doesn't notice such little flaws. |
